Statement for democracy

What is meant by democracy is by no means always clear...

But one thing is clear: a shift to the right in society makes us all losers. The rise of the extreme right poses a serious threat to our country. It endangers our democracy, poisons our society, and makes hatred and incitement socially acceptable again.

With right-wing extremism continuing to grow in strength, there is a risk that the German economy will suffer considerably and thousands of jobs will be lost in Germany. Without workers from abroad, the shortage of skilled labor will become increasingly acute.

With right-wing extremism continuing to grow in strength, there is a danger that the German economy will suffer. Only open borders and a free and united Europe can secure prosperity in our country.
