TTB One Off

The ONE OFF series includes machines designed and developed tailor-made according to the specific requirements of the customer. Wherever precision, stability, and automation are required, TTB is ready to provide dedicated and high-performance solutions.
It is possible to create robotic cells with fully customized special units, to be integrated with the machine according to specific needs.

Special Applications

Flat-shank blades for plotters, synthetic crystal tools, diesel injector components, die-casting ejectors, and quartz for piezoelectric sensors are just some of the applications made possible by TTB’s special machines.

Special units

Side steady rest

Special interface designed for clamping flat parts. The two side steady rest support the workpiece during sharpening, ensuring stability and precision. Ideal for sharpening plotter blades.

Loader for long parts

Special loader for handling parts up to 450 mm in length. Combined with a through-spindle on the U-axis, it allows rear loading in a practical and efficient way. Designed for processing cannon-type drill bits.

Custom fictures for special parts

Customized fixtures that enable automatic loading and clamping of special parts, such as tweezers or components with complex geometries.

Integration with external units

Modular robotic cell equipped with a robot dedicated to picking up finished parts from the TTB sharpener and transferring them to external units, such as washing, blowing, laser marking, or rubber coating.

• Grinding of special components with a TTB grinding machine
• Automatic loading and unloading to and from the outside of the machine
• Integration of the grinding process with other part processing stations such as: laser marking, washing, drying, rubber coating
